Case A 50 Yr old male patient with infected wound on right side of the thigh admitted in surgery referred to medicine i/v/O low hemoglobin History of presenting illness : Patient was apparently asymptomatic 3 months ago when he met with an accident Injury to his right thigh Went to local hospital got stitches done over the injury After 1 Month 15 days the wound got infected. Patient was taken to nalgonda. Drained abscess from the wound Due to spread of infection, incision was extended over the thigh After Around 15 days later he developed anuria 1st dialysis was done in October in view of serum creatinine 2.5mg/dl. 3 dialysis were done.
